My wife and I happened upon Pete in early 2009 at open house for another home he had on the market to sell. We were very impressed by how he was representing that house, that we decided to talk further with him as a potential realtor for us as we embarked on selling our home and finding a new one.

For our initial meeting Pete came over with a tremendous amount of information on our current home, his perspective on what it would take to sell it, etc.; and all of this was before we had even signed him up officially! He was very humble and courteous and interested in hearing our goals and perspectives.

We signed on with Pete and overall had a tremendous experience. Pete is incredibly hard-working...he always answered our emails in a timely manner and typically with a thorough response. He is very patient...we were very picky about the house we wanted and Pete did not ever give us any pressure. He is not afraid to give feedback...he quickly understood our preferences and was not afraid to share his thoughts on a given house (we have worked with realtors before who simply agreed with everything we said).

In the end we were able to find a tremendous house and sell ours around the same time and Pete was a great partner in helping keep our anxiety levels at bay. My wife and I would highly recommend him.…

I contacted Mr. Pete Lentine via internet during fall 2010 in Hong Kong, i.e. the time we were planning to move from Hong Kong to Minnesota in summer 2011. By that time I only knew that Pete was rated the Super Realtor. The later experiences confirmed that he is TRUE SUPER for helping people on reallocation.

Highly Competent He gave us a lot of valuable information since fall 2010 for local housing market and then helped us to analyze and balance our needs. So before we came to look for a house in March 2011, we were already equipped with the necessary knowledge. This is very helpful for people coming from overseas.

Incredibly Hard Working and Efficient We flew over to Minnesota in the beginning of March in 2011. Because of the work in Hong Kong, we only had 2 weeks time to look for a house in Minnesota. Pete worked very hard in the early spring season to show every house available, and helped us compare the houses. And unbelievably, we found the house we liked in Plymouth within the Wayzata School District. So we bought the house in just TWO WEEKS time.

Warm Hearted and Has Lots of Local Connections After we bought the house, Pete simply has taken care of all the matters related to the house, like arranging Power of Attorney letters for the transaction as I had to fly back to Hong Kong before transaction. We just left the house and the garden, covered by snow, to Pete until 16 July 2011. After more than 20 hours flying from Hong Kong, we finally moved into our new home in Minnesota last Saturday. Our new home is clean, the lawn is green and fresh mown, and everything is in order. Today is the first day we got our internet at home, and the first thing we want to do is to say: Thank you so much Pete. You are really SUPER!
